   • Risk and ownership of goods transfer to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

   • Any shipping damage or delay must be reported immediately upon receipt.

5. Returns & Refunds

   • Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of returned goods.

6. Liability
